Tenants moving on

We are always happy to see our tenants grow and change. We often see “I” becomming “we” and as their needs change, we do our best to find them something in our inventory. Why would any intellegent landlord want to lose a great known tenant? – they wouldn’t. We have the pleasure of also helping current tenants enter the world of home ownership themselves. Having decades of experience in all matters of property ownership, we work with tenants, when they are ready to move on to their next chapter. We have just negotiated the purchase of a new home for a young couple who have been renting with us for about a year. Although we hate to lose them, we are sure they will be very happy in their new home. Congrats!!!
